Every shoot is different. Here’s everything you need to know about working with me‚ from a quick convention floor shot to a full bespoke session.

BESPOKE SESSIONS
Mini Session $225
25-45 minutes 4 fully retouched “Heroic” digital images
Perfect for a single character or focused portrait session. Includes base retouching on all images.
In Wellington Mini Session (convention weekend) – 6 retouch images and up to 1 hour shoot time
Half Day $1,000 (estimate)
4 hours, 40-60 unwatermarked images per hour
Ideal for events, extended creative projects, or groups.
Add-ons:
- +$28 extra digital per image – full retouched
- +$115 A3 print (includes digital for personal printing)
- Studio hire, studio rates + $50 admin fee
- +$15 – $25 Shipping (outside Wellington) courier with backboards and waterproofing
- +$250 Cutting Room Floor get another 20 unwatermarked images, simple edit
FLOOR SHOTS
Event Floor Shot, Free watermarked image
Quick, candid, convention-floor shot. Base retouching included. These are the watermarked shots you see circulating after conventions‚ fast, fun, and a great way to capture a memory on the day. Please note I may not be the official photographer at these events unless stated.
Want an unwatermarked version? Purchase the digital image for $28 per image.

RETOUCHING
Base Retouching (included with every unwatermarked digital and some watermarked images):
- General tidying and colour correction
- White balance, contrast, shadow/highlight adjustments
- Tonal adjustments and simple background cloning
- Cropping for Social Media ( 1080x1350px )
Heroic level / EPIC LEVEL Retouching $100/hour
Beauty work, special effects, compositing, frequency separation, and magazine submission prep. Send me a message on my socials to discuss. (note to describe Basic/ Simple / Heroic / EPIC levels)

EARLY BIRD RATES
Heading to a convention outside Wellington? There are discounted Early Bird rates 8 weeks before each event, closing 4 weeks out. Early Bird typically includes extra digitals at a reduced rate‚ full payment is required before the offer closes.

TFP (Time for Prints)
Got a great concept? Community event? Themed project? I consider TFP on a case-by-case basis. Often they are taken up in advance. Reach out via the contact page with your concept and requirements, and let’s have a chat.

- For every hour of photography, I have worked 30 mins pre-shoot and 2 hours post-production
- One sneak peek (chosen by me) delivered within 72 hours‚ posted to social media (Facebook)
- Final image delivery timing varies based on workload‚ discussed at consultation
- Images used with cosplayer permission
- Happy to do payment plans over several months
