Special Discounted Rates and Early Bird will be posted on Facebook to coincide with Cosplay Events around the year usually 8 weeks before the event and finishing 4 weeks out of the event. The usual Early Bird is to help travel out of Wellington and it’s the double digitals, full payment paid before the end offer date is usually expected.
Photography
30mins Portrait with 4 digitals – $245
4-hour event (up to 40-60 digitals per hour) – $1000
Single Image Floor Shot – $28 (Base Retouching included)
Extra digital – $28 per image (Base Retouching included)
A3 print – $115 includes Digital Image for personal printing
Studio hire will be based on Studio Rates + $50 admin fee
Shipping prints are couriered with backboards and waterproofing estimated $15 -$25, if outside of the immediate Wellington area (Wellington includes Lower Hutt and Newlands)
Base Retouching included in an unwatermarked image are:
– general tidying and fixing of the image to a “usable image”
– colour adjustments (white balance, contrast, shadows/highlight adjustments)
– tonal adjustments
– simple conceptual work may be included
– simple background cloning.
Further retouching will be considered as Heroic Retouching charged at $85/hour such as Beauty Work, Special Effects, Compositing, FreqSep, and Magazine Submission – Send a message to discuss
- Please note for every hour of shooting, there is at least half-hour pre-shoot preparation and 2-hour post-production.
- Pricing includes GST.
- Each event is different from the other, therefore the pre-shoot consultation will give the best indication.
- Images will be delivered based on available timing from Capturing Cosplay. One sneak peek image (chosen by the photographer) will always be sent within 72 hours of the photoshoot. This will be posted on social media/print.
I guess this needs to be said. My rate is based on many things, including the amount of work I have in and around my content creation, visual storytelling and graphic design. Please note Capturing Cosplay is a sub-brand from my main brand (which includes commercial work). This is often my arena and testing ground to explore and be more creative with my visual storytelling. As a reflection the processing time and rate card are different.
